General

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

We have no minimum order value, no matter what you order or which country you order from.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES FOR MY ORDER?

We ship within Germany and to Switzerland.

Germany: 5,40 €
Switzerland: 10 €

We provide all information on the availability, shipping and delivery of goods to the best of our knowledge and belief. However, please note that we cannot guarantee this. If the "Crämer & Co" online shop determines during the processing of the order that the ordered goods are not available due to an interim sale (in a stationary store or another online sales channel), the customer will be informed separately by email. A contract for the unavailable goods will not be concluded.

Payments made will be refunded immediately and free of charge.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

As a rule, your order will be processed nationally within 48 hours of receipt and dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders from abroad will also be processed within 48 hours of receipt and dispatched as quickly as possible, but may take several days to arrive by post.

During large online promotions, such as Singles Day or Blue Weekend, as well as during lockdown, shipping is delayed by 2-3 days due to the high order volume and the overload of the shipping service providers.

I FORGOT MY LOGIN DATA - WHAT NOW?

Please use the "Forgot password" function when logging in. You will then immediately receive a new password sent to the email address you have provided us with. Please also check the SPAM folder of your email inbox.

If this still doesn't work, send us a note about your customer account using the contact form . We will then manually assign new login details.

WHAT IS THE FREE SERVICE?

All trousers purchased from us at a regular price receive our Free Service stamp. As long as you wear the trousers, you will receive a comprehensive service:

- We will shorten your trousers free of charge. This can also be done at any time later.

- Button off? Zipper broken? Something torn? We repair any pair of trousers with the Free Service stamp free of charge, even after years!

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION - HAS MY ORDER STILL BE RECEIVED?

We will use this email to confirm receipt of your order. If you have not received an order confirmation and it has not ended up in your junk email folder, there may have been a technical problem transmitting the order. In this case, it is best if you contact us by email or phone - we will then immediately check whether we have received it.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

You can choose between the following payment methods:

- PAY PAL

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a customer, you can log in, but non-PayPal customers can also register as a guest. In the latter case, the payment process is the same as with a direct debit.

- CREDIT CARD

We accept MasterCard and Visa as payment methods. Your credit card will only be charged when the order leaves the house

- KLARNA / INVOICE

When you purchase on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and always have a payment period of 14 days. The invoice provider reserves the right to carry out credit checks.

- KLARNA/ PAY NOW

Pay for your purchase directly - with your card or bank account.Amazon PayHere you can log into your existing Amazon customer account and immediately use the payment methods and shipping addresses stored there.

I ORDERED 7 DAYS AGO, WHY IS MY ORDER NOT HERE YET?

Please check whether you have received an order confirmation. It is possible that we have not received your order at all. If you have received a confirmation, there may have been problems with the availability or delivery - please check the status of your order using your DHL shipment reference number or contact us!

Furthermore, when paying by credit card or PayPal, your payment authorization may not be received in our system on time. If this is the case, the order will be automatically canceled by the system.

WHY IS MY SIZE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE

In our online shop you will only find the sizes that are in stock. If a size is not shown, it is unfortunately not available!

Shipment

WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

When your package has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation from DHL with your package number. You can then track your package yourself at www.dhl.de. Please also always check the spam folder of your email inbox.

WHICH SHIPPING COMPANY WILL SHIP MY PACKAGE?

We send your package with DHL, so shipping to a packing station is also possible without any problems. You can simply enter a different delivery address during the ordering process.

WHAT DOES COURIER SERVICE MEAN - PERSONAL DELIVERY

Not possible at the moment --> Use Click & Collect!

In the postcode area around our flagship store in Nuremberg, we offer the option of personal delivery in addition to shipping. The shipping method will be visible for selection at the end of the order process next to DHL shipping if the delivery address is in our defined postcode area.

Our team will then personally deliver the desired order. Delivery will take place Monday to Friday between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.

A free return label from DHL is of course included with your order.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

HOW LONG CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We grant our customers a 14-day right of withdrawal for unworn goods. The date of the postmark is decisive. Worn or washed items and items without labels cannot be returned.

HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

As a rule, you will receive your money back in the same way that you paid. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the amount will also be refunded in this way. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will transfer the money back. The time it takes for the refund to be processed varies depending on the payment method, but is processed on average within 9 days.

CAN I ALSO RETURN MY ITEM TO THE STORE?

If you wish, you can return your item directly to our store at Breite Gasse 18, 90402 Nuremberg. You will receive written confirmation of the return. Please note: A direct refund on site is unfortunately not possible (see previous paragraph)!

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

Depending on workload, a refund takes an average of 9 days including postage (national).

Our goods

WHY IS NOT EVERY ITEM SHIPPED IN THE MANUFACTURER/ORIGINAL PACKAGING?

Since we are a retail store, the goods in the store are usually presented to our customers without their original packaging (exceptions: watches, shoes, jewelry). For storage reasons, it is not possible to keep the original packaging.

WHY IS NOT EVERY ITEM EXTRA WRAPPED

We generally refuse to repackage items in plastic. Our packaging materials are licensed by the "Green Dot". We are connected to a comprehensive disposal system. Our goods are primarily available to stationary customers. It may therefore happen that one or two items have already been tried on in compliance with the duty of care.

This does not constitute a defect in the goods.

Free Service Stamp

HOW DO I KNOW IF I CAN USE THE FREE SERVICE

If your pants have a Free Service stamp on the inside, you can use our service for these pants for life. Every pair of pants purchased at a regular price in our online shop or in our stores receives such a stamp.

MY STAMP HAS FADED, WHAT NOW?

If the stamp should wash out, you can always come to our store and have it re-stamped. For customers who are not from Nuremberg and have ordered from us online, the order details serve as proof of the free service - so if your stamp should fade and you want to have the trousers repaired, we can easily verify your entitlement to the free service!

WHAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED WITH THE STAMP?

The stamp imprint only becomes fully wash-resistant after a few days, so the trousers should not be washed immediately if possible!

Green Symbols & ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES

WHAT DO OUR GREEN SYMBOLS MEAN?

The use of the following symbols implies the following definition:

* Vegan = free from animal ingredients or products; production must also be free from such substances. The vegan symbol also excludes genetically modified organisms and prohibits animal testing.

* Sustainable = "...is a principle of action for resource use, in which a long-term satisfaction of needs is to be ensured by preserving the natural regenerative capacity of the systems involved (especially living beings and ecosystems)...."

Three strategies for demonstrating sustainability are relevant for our company:

3. Consistency: environmentally friendly material cycles, recycling, waste avoidance

* Organic Cotton = In contrast to conventional cotton, organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic pesticides and artificial fertilizers. It is grown in accordance with the guidelines of organic farming, compliance with which is ideally monitored by independent bodies, which in turn issue certificates.

We award the symbol to products with an organic cotton content of 50% or more.

CAN I RETURN MY SHIPPING PACKAGING TO YOU?

As a distributor of transport packaging (bags and cardboard boxes) and sales and outer packaging in accordance with Packaging Act § 3 Paragraph 14, we will of course take your packaging back in the store at the checkout or via return shipping (return label) for online orders. When returning empty packaging, please clearly mark it as waste!
